Academic Professionals total salary increase in year 2 of the contract is 4.3%

We reported on October 6 that the Academic Professional increase in Article 30 Section 4(b)3 would be .8% across the board. This post is to clarify that this increase is in addition to the 3.5% COLA that is to be paid pursuant to Article 30 Section 3. The total academic professional increase will be 4.3%

This increase is the same as the increase provided to all other members. The .8% increase for Compression/Inversion and/or Equity Adjustments for TT and NTTF faculty will be used for Compression/Inversion and Equity Adjustments.
