We previously reported On July 21, 2017 that we we submitted a formal request for IBB on the advising redesign implementation.
At the Labor Management meeting on July 26 the administration agreed in principle to pursue IBB under the same framework used in bargaining the 2015-19 CBA. Administration will reach out to janet Gillman, the Oregon State Conciliator, to get dates. It is our intention that the process will begin with a mini-training on IBB so that new participants to the process get the training they need to use the process effectively.
