An update on our progress

12:25-12:35: Bargaining & summer session cuts
We begin bargaining again this May. What have we achieved, and what do we still need to fight for? Plus – the troubling trend of summer session cuts to faculty pay and class offerings.

12:35-12:50: Breakout groups on instruction & research-specific issues
Instructors – Facing summer session cuts: How can we build pressure on the administration to create the changes we want to see?
Researchers – Ensuring our contribution to PSU is recognized: Some of us train, mentor and supervise student workers. Some of us build connections with community stakeholders. How can we ensure the value that researchers bring to PSU is fully recognized?
