Mariana Garcia Medina can never shake the fear that comes with being undocumented.
Between keeping track of class assignments and studying for exams during four years at Portland State University, the Tigard High graduate has worried that federal immigration protections would be overturned or that she'll get a call that one of her parents has been detained.
