We strive to defend the rights of our bargaining unit through advocacy, collective bargaining, and grievance procedures, and are committed to protecting tenure, due process, and academic freedom for all PSU faculty. We are affiliated with the American Association of University Professors, the nation’s only organization that exclusively represents higher education faculty.

2021 Dues set by National AAUP

National AAUP sets annual AAUP dues yearly. PSU-AAUP has been notified that the decision was made at the 2020 AAUP annual meeting to increase National AAUP dues by 2.917% above the 2020 National AAUP dues, effective January 1, 2021. Pursuant to PSU-AAUP Bylaws Article 9 (a)(1), this increase will raise local dues to 1.164% effective January 1, 2021. Currently, dues are 1.135%.
