AP Classification Process

APs recently received a communication from Human Resources with a vague overview of the upcoming reclassification process. AAUP encourages all APs to review your position description using the  IC level where you think your position falls as a lens for making recommendations to your supervisor.  If there are multiple people with similar positions within your department, we suggest working together on your position description and trying to meet with your supervisor as a group, if possible.
