The PSU-AAUP Negotiating team and Administration will meet in early August to pursue changes to the donated sick leave bank program. We have had preliminary conceptual conversations on the feedback we've received from members and administrators. We expect to be able to make substantive changes, with a phased implementation.
In June, 2017 the sick leave bank ran draw and nine PSU-AAUP members who were scheduled to receive allocations from the donated sick leave bank were adversely impacted. In August we will attempt to make those members whole for their impacts.
