Driver suspected of running down women at PSU arraigned on attempted murder charges

A man suspected of intentionally mowing down three women at Portland State University in his SUV was arraigned Wednesday on nine criminal charges.

Greg Phillip Porter, 61, pleaded not guilty in Multnomah County Circuit Court to three counts of attempted aggravated murder, three counts of first-degree assault and three counts of failure to perform duties of a driver to injured persons.
