Howard Bunsis, a member and ex officio of AAUP National, will present an analysis of PSU spending and finances to help us answer the questions:
- Is PSU in good financial health?
- Where are PSU resources being spent?
- What are the priorities exhibited in PSU spending and are they the right priorities?
Howard Bunsis is Professor of Accounting at Eastern Michigan University (PhD, MBA, University of Chicago; JD, Fordham Law School). He is the past Chair of the AAUP Collective Bargaining Congress, with decades of experience in higher ed collective bargaining and university budget analysis.
