It's no secret Oregon has a part-time faculty problem. Lower wages, job instability and ineligibility for health and retirement benefits are just some of the issues our adjunct colleagues are facing. PSU-AAUP supports upcoming house bills (HB 2876 and HB 3007) that would help limit the number of these positions and make health care benefits more attainable.
