Executive Director Phil Lesch, Immediate Past President Pam Miller, PSU Vice Provost Shelly Chabon, and Oregon ERB Mediator Janet Gilman presented "Interest Based Bargaining in Higher Education" to 54 people at the 44th annual conference of the National Center for the Study of Collective Bargaining for Higher Education at Hunter College, Graduate Center at CUNY. Audience members were from higher education institutions from all over the United States
Interest Based Bargaining is not widely used on the East Coast. The presentation was well received, and it really put Portland State University and PSU-AAUP on the map.
