PSU has NO PLAN for Implementing the 2019 Equal Pay Act (HB 2005)

Oregon passed the Equal Pay Act over a year ago. PSU has still not even put up the required Bureau of Labor and Industry (BOLI) signage, which should have been posted by July of 2019. Please review this signage below!

While we have had one member successfully grieve their salary and they received a significant raise to bring them into alignment with colleagues, we are concerned that PSU does not seem to have a plan! Are they waiting to get sued rather than getting out in front with a systematic study that would allow proactive equitable adjustments to salaries? What is PSU’s plan?
