We have previously reported that data discrepancies in salary data on AAUP members significantly delayed the calculation and payment of Inversion, Compression, and Equity (ICE) adjustments agreed to in Article 30 Section 4 of the 2015-19 CBA. The amount of work the ICE process required was extraordinary, and we extend kudos and gratitude to Vice President Collective Bargaining David Hansen for his work in this area.
