Settlements Reached on how to deal with Salary Data Discrepancies on the Inversion, Compression, and Equity salary adjustments

We have previously reported that data discrepancies in salary data on AAUP members significantly delayed the calculation and payment of Inversion, Compression, and Equity (ICE) adjustments agreed to in Article 30 Section 4 of the 2015-19 CBA. The amount of work the ICE process required was extraordinary, and we extend kudos and gratitude to Vice President Collective Bargaining David Hansen for his work in this area. We are pleased to share that after much deliberation the Equity Workgroup determined how to proceed on the matter with the execution of these 3 Memorandums of Agreement: (note to editing and posting team: these are linked documents that should be uploaded to the website and relinked when article is posted on the blog)
