Ratification voting on a Tentative Agreement with CSU management came to a close today.
Faculty can check their email tomorrow morning for the announcement of ratification voting results.
“As the 16 days of voting on ratification of our Tentative Agreement come to a close, I am heartened by the thoughtful faculty engagement, debate, and dialogue across our diverse viewpoints and experiences that have taken place at this moment in our labor organizing and contract bargaining history,” said Molly Talcott, CFA Bargaining Team member and CSU Los Angeles professor. “As I take a deep breath and recall over 20 months of difficult negotiations, I feel grateful for the caring labor of my colleagues on all the campuses who stimulated interest in our contract campaign, who had one-on-one conversations about it, and who then made possible the high voter turnout for this agreement.”
