Vote! Contract Ratification closes May 5th

Last week we sent you a ballot to vote on ratification of the remaining parts of the contract. The summary and compiled agreements can be found here. This is the last step before we put together the final contract. There are 27 tentative agreements included in this vote, ranging in topics from new pay increase processes for Academic Professionals and NTTF-CA to a new article on the variety of leaves available to members. This is in addition to parts of the contract we ratified early to implement along the way such as the 1% COLA pay increase. We have held two Q&A drop-in sessions with members to answer any questions. If you were not able to attend these sessions but still have questions before you vote please email Theresa McCormick, the VP of Collective Bargaining (theresa.aaup@gmail.com). The vote is open until May 5th and we encourage everyone to vote to support these agreements.
