We reported on July 27 that we had started seeking dates for IBB bargaining of the Advisor Redesign Implementation.
Four doodle polls later, one of which took us into January, 2018, we finally have a schedule for bargaining. The schedule is as follows:

Wed Oct 11 1-445 training
Mon Oct 30 1-445 IBB
Fri Nov 3 1-445 IBB
Wed Nov 8 1-445 IBB
We are fairly confident that we will be able to complete the issue with this schedule, and we will have our teams trained for future Interest Based Bargaining, should it arise.
We also agreed to extend the formal invitation to ASPSU to join us at the table, as is their right pursuant to ORS 243.778. We hope they will send representatives to join us.
