We reported on May 9 that we submitted a formal request for information about the advising redesign implementation plan as it relates to matters that are bargainable.
The information request response was received on or about June 9. It included detailed answers to the questions asked and the architectural plans for the renovation of the 3rd floor of Neuberger Hall.
The Negotiating team met (along with Advisor Marie Fiorillo) to discuss the information received on Wednesday July 13. Based upon the information provided, the negotiating team concluded that there are matters that require bargaining and it would be best approached with the interest based process with a facilitator. The negotiating team is working on identifying framing questions for the IBB process and the formal request for IBB with a facilitator.
