On November 27 we reported that the US Department of Labor created the N49H for Portland-Vancouver-Hillsboro at the same time they eliminated the CPI-U Portland Salem. PSU-AAUP and administration has determined that this index is suitable to replace the CPI-U in Article 30 Section 3 (Cost of Living Adjustments) of the CBA. We executed this MOA at Labor Management on December 6.
