PSU-AAUP represents over 1,200 instructional faculty and academic professionals employed by Portland State University. We strive to defend the rights of our bargaining unit through advocacy, collective bargaining, and grievance procedures, and are committed to protecting tenure, due process, and academic freedom for all PSU faculty. We are affiliated with the American Association of University Professors, the nation’s only organization that exclusively represents higher education faculty.

Changes to CBA Articles 9, 10 and 18 Approved by PSU-AAUP members

Amendments to Articles 9 & 10 (modifications allowing for electronic union membership sign-up) and Article 18 (Non-Tenure Track Faculty rights and procedures) of the PSU-AAUP collective bargaining agreement have been approved by voting members. You can see the election results here.
