The Donated Sick Leave Bank (DSLB) “opt-out” period closed on October 31, 2017. 1,252 AAUP members have chosen to participate by not opting out of the DSLB! Based on calculations by HR, the DSLB total on 10/31/2017 is $371,779.65. This amount will decrease by the end of November when HR makes PSU-AAUP members from June 1 – October 31, 2017 "whole," consistent with the ratified MOU. Those adjustments will be made by November 30, 2017. .
We are all feeling very bullish about the Donated Sick Leave Bank going forward.
