Planning on going to graduation? Did you know that members may receive reimbursement from PSU-AAUP for purchase or rental of regalia? Reimbursement is up to $58 per academic year.
To file your reimbursement request, please send your rental invoice or purchase invoice to the AAUP office at Smith 232, or to firstname.lastname@example.org. On the invoice please include the following:
First and Last Name
Home address (to send the reimbursement check)
Phone number (for the bank if they need to talk to you)
Preferred email address (so we can confirm payment)
For members choosing to purchase regalia, please submit the purchase invoice each year until the reimbursement amount has fully paid the original purchase amount.
The deadline to file regalia reimbursement requests for the 2017-18 academic year is January 15, 2019.
