Greetings to everyone:
Here are a few important announcements as academic year 13-14 comes to a close:
1) There will be an AP caucus on Tuesday, July 29th at noon in Smith 238. Please come and bring colleagues for a picnic lunch!
2) REMEMBER: You can get reimbursed for up to $58 for regalia rental. Bring your receipt to 232 Smith (AAUP office) or send via campus mail or scan and e-mail to Emily. Since checks will be sent to your home address, please check in with Emily at the PSU-AAUP office to confirm your home address and phone number. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the office at 503-725-4414.
3) There is a bargaining session on Monday, June 16 from 9 to noon to continue to work on minimum salaries for the new ranks. This will be held at the Office of Academic Affairs in the Market Center Building on the 6th floor. Please come to observe if you can.
4) Plans are underway for a fall membership meeting. We will keep you posted during the summer on this and other events and updates.
