Raises Announced for Faculty at OIT, October 1, 2013
Details on pay increases at the Oregon Institute of Technology (OIT) were announced in the OIT Faculty Senate on Tuesday, Oct. 1st.
Faculty members salaries will increase by
* 3% across the board, retroactive to September 16, 2013, paid in the November paycheck.
* 2.25% across the board on January 1, 2014
* 0.75% market and equity adjustments on January 1, 2014
* 2.25% across the board on September 15, 2014.
* 0.75% market and equity adjustments on September 15, 2014.
In other words, all faculty members will see their pay increase 7.5% over the biennium. An additional 1.5% of the salary pool will be paid to faculty eligible for market, comparator and equity adjustments.
